Summary
Da Portare, which means “to bring” in Italian, is a food delivery service in Bogotá, Colombia, for renowned restaurateur Leo Katz’s group of restaurants. Unfortunately, the service’s delivery system was not as appetizing as it could be. The system relied on email to manage deliveries. Da Portare required more efficient and reliable digital infrastructure to centralize their operations, improve their delivery management and boost sales.

Client information
Da Portare manages the delivery services for a large number of restaurants. They needed a digital solution that would guarantee customer accessibility from any of their three delivery points scattered across the city.
Their platform had to unify all of the restaurants into a single automated system to seamlessly manage all orders and optimize delivery times. It also had to include more fluid payment methods that were reliable, user-friendly and secure.

With Expresia, Da Portare was able to develop an efficient digital ecosystem that includes a stronger and scalable eCommerce platform and a more robust ordering system that’s called TomaPedidos, or “order taker.”
